Lead Compositor

Phosphene currently has an open position for a Lead Nuke Compositor. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team creatively, and interfacing and trouble-shooting with the client. Must have exceptional NUKE compositing skills. On-set supervision experience and/or interest a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Create and set-up work-flow and templates
Compositing
Lead team in meeting creative demands and budgetary goals
Lead team in problem solving both creatively and technically
Assist in bidding

Qualifications Include:
Expert knowledge of Nuke
Experience in feature film and long-form television
Strong technical capabilities
Excellent artistic and compositing skills
Ability to communicate technical thoughts and ideas
Close attention to detail
Excellent attitude/team player
Strong problem-solving skills
